DELIVERY

Usually, it takes 3–7days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

> USA: 3–4 business days
> Europe: 6–8 business days
> Australia: 2–14 business day
> Japan: 4–8 business days
> International: 10–20 business days

Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain,including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
It’s difficult to predict the shipping times.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our controland is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

We also recommend to choose your products according to your own location, from domestic fulfillment country to avoid custom fees.

Every product has fulfillment country section:

To be honest – there’s no such thing as “free shipping” – somebody have to pay for it; is it seller or client.
Usually seller’s add the shipping cost to the prices.

We want to offer the best prices, however, we can offer “free shipping” on larger orders; in EU and USA over €250+

ORDERS

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out.
Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Paypal payments is responsible for it’s provided and supported services.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

> Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
> Ask your local post office if they have your package
> Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at yourneighbor’s, get in touch with us at orders@dolstore.co with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email after your order ships out.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us using our contact form  within a weeks time with photosof the damaged product,your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition.
Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel.
Do not worry! 
These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle.

Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a mark–please wash it before reporting a problem.

No additional taxes – all needed taxes are already included and automatically calculated by countries.

REFUND

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us using our contact form  with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Yes – according to EU regulations.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period: you have the right to cancel or return your order withinfourteen (14) days, for any reason and without a justification.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The determination of whether an item is in the same condition as  when you received it, unworn or unused, is entirely up to the discretion of DoLStore.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Please be sure that you have chosen the right size!


NB! We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let  us know at dispute@dolstore.co within a week after receiving your order. Include your  order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a  refund! 

 

If the recipient’s address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. If you set the return address as your own, you can update the address and personally reship the order. If our address is set as the return address, then we’ll contact you for an updated address.

If the package was not returned to sender, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, DoLStore won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address.
Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”

If customer is unable to locate the package, we will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. 

PRODUCT

Our eco-friendly product collection consists of items made of at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or such material blends.
Currently, that includes, but is not limited to, organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled polyester, recycled nylon, and organic cotton/recycled polyester fabric blends.

For printed products ( not Embroidery ), we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4

All items in our catalog are free of animal products.

Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn.

OEKO-TEX® certification is one of the world’s leading labels for textile safety, and it proves that the certified products are free from hazardous chemicals. We’ve listed the label in the product description of the products that hold this certification. We also use OEKO-TEX® certified inks and thread for embroidery designs.
